When registering we ask you to make an initial deposit of 30% of the total amount of the course. This deposit guarantees your reservation.

The balance will be paid on the first day of the course. For long stays, you have the option to pay the balance monthly.

If you wish to cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the start of the course, the initial deposit, minus 40 Euros for cancellation fees, will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the course, the initial deposit is retained.

If you wish, you can make an initial deposit of more than 30%, or even make a full payment of the total amount of the course.
In this case, if you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the start of the course, the initial deposit or payment, minus 40 euros for cancellation fees, will be refunded.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start of the course, the initial deposit of 30% of the total amount of the course, will be retained.
If the duration of the booked course exceeds 4 weeks, and you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the course, we will retain only 30% of the course price for a 4-week period.
